We seek a qualified professional to lead culinary operations at Viva. Applicants must hold a Level 3 Food Safety Certification, have proven experience in Michelin-star kitchens, and possess a degree in business with hands-on expertise in supply chain management, contribution margin accounting, and business development. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of meal production to exacting standards, innovating new menu items, managing stock and supplier relations, and assisting with customer
deliveries, customer service, and cleaning duties. This is a demanding, multi-disciplinary role
requiring outstanding organisational skills, precise execution under time pressure, and a deep
passion for nutrient-rich, high-quality food. Only candidates meeting all criteria will be considered.
