Brand new live music venue, restaurant and bar coming to Jersey
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who can lead our kitchen team and deliver the level of food to our guest that we desire.
We are looking for someone with substantial experience in the industryacross multiple cuisines.
A good grasp on HACCP, stock control and food hygiene in general is essential.
