Training Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager train our team members, including mandatory and specialist areas such as dementia, catheter and continence care. This new in-house role offers an exciting opportunity to design and shape our training programme from the ground up. The ideal candidate will hold key trainer certificates and have a broad training background. The ability to deliver RQF Level 3 Medication training, or knowledge of how to implement this is desirable. You’ll also support onboarding and staff development.
