Senior Health Care Assistant

Silver Springs Care Home are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care to Service Users.
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
- Oversee that care that our Health Care Assistants are providing to Service Users, & addressing any performance issues with the Registered Nurse and/or the Deputy Manager/Registered Manager.
