Chief Finance Officer

This is a rare and exciting Executive Director opportunity to lead all aspects of the Finance, Governance, Digital, Data, Change and Risk and Internal Control functions of an influential and highly-regarded organisation, which will have a far-reaching and hugely positive impact on the delivery and management of affordable housing in Jersey.

The post holder will design and oversee the delivery of the Company’s financing and reporting strategy. It will involve all aspects of Treasury Management, to include the procurement and management of up to £500m of borrowing, financial planning, financial control, and all necessary Board reporting. You will be supported by the Head of Finance and Chief Digital & Change Officer and their wider teams, including the Company Secretary.
