We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to support the Executive Chef in overseeing the full kitchen operation and ensuring the delivery of a consistently high-quality culinary experience.
Requirements
• A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Recognised UK culinary certifications
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, including at least several years in a senior position.
• Proven expertise in menu design and execution across various cuisines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated success in controlling food and labour costs.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Must has entitled or entitled for work status
