Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in acute care and a desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives? We're looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our community nursing team.
About the Role:
You'll provide community-based nursing interventions to people in their own homes, offering high-quality, person-centred care. This is a rewarding role ideal for nurses who thrive on autonomy, clinical diversity, and working closely with individuals and families at all stages of life. The role includes on call requirements overnight and working with TEC care solutions.
You must be skilled in EOL care and symptom management, catheter care (including supra pubic), Gastrostomy tubes, venepuncture and cannulation and clinical assessment skills - this list is not exhaustive.
