Deputy Branch Manager – Christies Care Jersey

Join Christies Care, rated Outstanding by the CQC and regulated by the Jersey Care Commission. We’re looking for a Deputy Branch Manager to help lead our Jersey branch, supporting both clients and care staff to deliver exceptional domiciliary care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage client caseloads

Complete assessments and care plans

Supervise and support Healthcare Assistants

Ensure compliance with care standards

Provide occasional care shifts and on-call cover


What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care

Strong leadership and communication skills

Organised, compassionate, and reliable
