Support Worker

Nova Health is looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide 1:1 support for an individual with in their own home within the community. You’ll support daily living, promote independence, and work alongside therapists as part of a therapy-led care plan.

Applicants must have care experience, strong communication skills, and a person-centred approach. You must be currently living in Jersey with Entitled or Entitled for Work status, hold a full driving licence, and have access to a vehicle.
