Assistant Garden Labourer

Longueville Manor is Jersey’s only AA Five Red Star hotel, one Michelin Key, and the sole member of Relais & Châteaux. We are seeking a dedicated Grounds & Gardens Assistant to help maintain our gardens, woodland, patios, driveways, swimming pool, and tennis court to the highest standards. Duties include weeding, planting, mowing, pruning, harvesting produce, and maintaining water features, while following all health and safety guidelines. This hands-on role is ideal for someone physically fit, reliable, and who enjoys working outdoors in all weather. Discretion and professionalism around guests are essential. Previous experience with garden tools and machinery, a passion for plants, and the ability to work independently and in a team are required.
