Crew/Deckhand

We are looking for an experienced crew/deckhand to join our team.

The key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• keeping watch while at sea
• assisting with scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks while in port
• loading and unloading of cargo

Key Applicant Requirements
• Maritime experience essential
• Current and Valid Qualifications:
o Minimum Requirements – Sea survival, firefighting and first aid
o Preferred Qualification – STCW Basic Safety Training (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers)
o Essential Requirements – ML5 or ENG1 medical assessment
• Must be a team player and work closely within a small business
• Forklift experience would be beneficial
• Willingness to work overtime if required

Minimum of 40hrs per week Mon-Fri plus occasional nights and weekend voyages
