Kitchen Assistant - Le Petit Bosquet

Le Petit Bosquet Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team, and be responsible for undertaking food preparation tasks, as directed by the Chef/Head Chef, preparing ingredients, cleaning vegetables, preparing simple dishes. They will also be responsible for servicing food to the residents.

Key Responsibilities include:-
- Preparing ingredients for dishes
- Cooking ingredients according to directions received from the Chef
- Managing store rooms and cold rooms
- Preparation of residents' food trays and trollies
