Deputy Shop Manager (West)

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Deputy Shop Manager (West) to join our Retail Department on a permanent basis.

The postholder will support the day-to-day management of the shop team. Building good team spirit by effectively communicating with the Head of Retail, Senior Shop Manager, employees, and volunteers.

This is an operational role, with a need to be actively involved in the day-to-day running and activities of the retail operation, whilst balancing this with providing effective support and training to employees and volunteers so they understand their roles and responsibilities.
