Welcome to the online services portal for the official States of Jersey website.
When you register with this service you can receive notice of changes to areas of www.gov.je including news, product recalls, and Jobs in Jersey. You can also apply for services through your account. Your account will store details of all services you have received.
How do I access services?
To benefit from features you will need to register online. When you register you will be asked for an email address, your first name and last name.
Once you have registered a message will be sent to the email address you gave us, telling you how to activate your registration. You follow the instructions and agree to be bound by this service's terms and conditions. You can then sign in and start to use services.

How to register
If you are a new visitor you can register by clicking on the red button 'Register now'. You will be taken to a new screen where you will be asked to enter your email address, your first name and last name, and a password.
You must have a valid email address to register. Once you have submitted your request to register, a message will be sent to the email address you provided. You must follow the instructions in this message to complete your registration.
How to sign in
If you are already registered you can sign in by entering your email address and password in the boxes provided. If your details are not accepted, please check that you have entered both your email address and your password correctly.
If you have not yet confirmed your new registration you will have to do this before you can sign in for the first time. Check your email account for your registration confirmation message and follow the instructions.
Forgotten your password? Need to reset your password?
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have locked your account by entering an incorrect password several times, you can reset your password. This will also unlock your account if it is locked.
To reset your password, click on the link: Forgotten your password? at the bottom left of the sign in screen. This will take you to a new page where you need to type in your email address and a short code that is displayed on the screen. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Conditions relating to your use of this service
All services are delivered subject to the standard terms and conditions of use for gov.je. The following terms and conditions are specific to the use of this service.
1. Your account
If you register to use this service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Edit your profile area.
The States of Jersey reserve the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at our discretion.
2. Privacy

3. Access
We aim to ensure that availability of this service is uninterrupted and that content and services are error-free, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access may be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. In these instances, we do attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
4. Reporting a problem
If you have a problem, use the 'Feedback' tool found in the bottom right hand corner of the window or contact us via telephone or email. Feedback sent via the feedback tool is delivered to the States of Jersey Digital Delivery Team who are responsible for gov.je.
5. Changes to terms and conditions of use
The States of Jersey reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time.

Your personal information is protected by the Data Protection (Jersey) Law, 2018.
What personal information do we gather about you?
We only store the information you save when you register with us and update your profile. You can see all the personal information we hold on you, and correct any inaccurate information yourself by signing in and editing your profile.
To protect your privacy we will only confirm details of your account by email in reply to an email from the address you have registered with.
What do we use your information for?
We use your information for the requested purposes - to deliver services to you and to improve the way we provide services. We may share your information with the departments who provide these services. We will not send you information about new services unless you have asked to receive this. From time to time we may use information you provide to contact you and ask you for feedback on our services.
Do you share my information?
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of the platform, our users or others. This does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from you for commercial purposes or in a way that is contrary to the commitments made in this privacy policy.
How secure is information about me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information.
Signing out
It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign out when you finish using a shared computer. The option to logout is available in the top right corner of any of our pages.
What choices do I have?
You can choose not to save any personal information in your profile. You will still be able to access all of our services. If you do not save any personal information in your profile you will have to manually enter information into some online forms that would otherwise be completed automatically. You must provide us with a valid email address to receive services.
