Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Article 160(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the "Law"), a meeting of the creditors of ACCRINGTON PROPERTIES LIMITED (the "Company") will be held at 28 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QA on 17 January 2023 at 11:00 am for the purposes provided for in Articles 160, 162 and 162 of the Law.

The meeting of creditors will also be held via Microsoft Teams. Please contact Max Thompson (Max.Thompson@jtclegalservices.com) to obtain the link to the meeting.

A Statement of Affairs of the Company will be laid before the meeting and Stuart Gardener and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP will be nominated by the Company as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of a Creditors' Winding Up.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so either in person or by proxy. Completed particulars of claims must be lodged at JTC Law, 28 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QA, before the meeting and any creditor wishing to vote by proxy should lodge a proxy form not later than 12 noon the business day before the meeting.
