Notice is hereby given that Ansbacher (Channel Islands) Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company”) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company into summary winding up with effect from 8 June 2026 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Derek Neil Hyslop of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 17 July 2026.
