Brewin Dolphin (Channel Islands) Limited in liquidation

​Notice is hereby given that Brewin Dolphin (Channel Islands) Limited (“the Company”) in Liquidation the Company duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company into summary winding up with effect from 18 August 2026 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, as amended, and Kevin Goldfarb of Griffins was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidator on or before 28 September 2026.
