Notice is hereby given that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 18 April 2024, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

  1. ​It is resolved by way of a special resolution to approve and commence the Summary Winding Up of the Company in accordance with Article 146 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991
  2. It is further resolved that Christiaan van den Berg and Natalie Boes of PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4XA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. Any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them be done by them jointly or by each of them alone

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Liquidators. 

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 21 May 2024.
