Changes to traffic arrangements on Bagatelle Road, Le Jardin à Pommiers and Wellington Road

The Minister for Infrastructure, in pursuance of Article 68 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended, and after consultation with the Connétable of St Saviour, gives notice of the following changes to the traffic arrangements on Bagatelle Road, Le Jardin à Pommiers and Wellington Road.

These changes will take effect from Monday 4 December 2023.

Add to the existing entry for Bagatelle Road in Column 2 - “North side from the junction with La Chasse Brunet for a distance of 40 yards north”
Add to the existing entry for Le Jardin à Pommiers in Column 2 – “West side from a point 102 yards south of the junction with La Rue de Patier for a distance of 26 yards in a southerly direction then 16 yards in a westerly direction”
Add to the existing entry for Le Jardin à Pommiers in Column 2 – “West side from a point 141 yards south of the junction with La Rue de Patier for a distance of 10 yards in a northerly direction then 16 yards in a westerly direction”
Add to the existing entry for Wellington Road in Column 2 – “South side from the junction with La Rue du Froid Vent for a distance of 30 yards in a westerly direction”
Add to the existing entry for Wellington Road in Column 2 – “South side from a point 38 yards west of the junction with La Rue du Froid Vent for a distance of 7 yards in a westerly direction”
