​​Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2024 the following resolutions were passed by the members of Circle Property plc (the “Company”):

  • ​that the Company be summarily wound up in accordance with the provisions of Article 146 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991
  • that Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ having consented to act, be and are appointed as joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the summary winding up of the Company (the “Summary Winding-up”)

​All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below not later than 8 April 2024.
