​​Notice is hereby given that on 19 December 2023 a special resolution was duly passed by the members of Collibris Limited in liquidation (the “Company”) placing the Company into summary winding up under Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 and Louis Leonard Gerber and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ were appointed joint liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) of the Company purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account of their name, address and particulars of their claim with supporting documentation to the Joint Liquidators on or before 31 January 2024.
