Corsair Linda (Jersey) Limited: proposed creditors summary winding up

Notice is hereby given that the Company pursuant to Chapter 2, Part 21 Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, was placed into a Summary Winding-Up on 1 February 2023. On the same date, Paul Appleton and Adrian Hyde were appointed as Liquidators of the Company. 

The creditors of the Company are required before 10 March 2023 to send in their names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors to the undersigned:
