Crown LNG Holdings Limited in liquidation

The Joint Liquidators wish to inform creditors that the Final Meetings convened on 4 August 2026 have been adjourned for 2 weeks following a request from a creditor, who advised that it had not received notice of the Company's liquidation and required additional time to investigate and determine the nature and quantum of any potential claim against the Company.

Having considered the request, the Joint Liquidators agreed that an adjournment would provide the creditor with a reasonable opportunity to submit any information and supporting documentation for consideration.

Accordingly, the Final Meetings have been adjourned and will reconvene on 18 August 2026 at 11am and 11.30am respectively. All known shareholders and creditors will remain entitled to attend and participate in the adjourned meetings.
