All persons having a claim against the Estate of the above-named, late of Maison St Brelade Care Home, St Brelade, JE3 8FB, are requested to forward a detailed statement thereof within 14 days of this date to the Executor of the deceased’s Estate:

All creditors wishing to bring a claim are requested to provide all relevant documents in their possession. A creditor who believes that an amount due to them ranks in priority to another debt should specify this in their claim. A creditor who believes they have a charge affecting the priority of the Estate should state this.

And all persons indebted to the said Estate are requested to settle with the said Executor within the same period.
