HSRE Crosslane (Harper Road) Limited creditors' winding up

Notice is hereby given that on 14 November 2023 a special resolution was duly passed by the members of HSRE Crosslane (Harper Road) Limited (in creditors’ winding up) (“the Company”) placing the Company into creditors’ winding up under Chapter 4 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991. 

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 14 November 2023, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, Louis Leonard Gerber and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ and Christopher David Stevens of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, Phoenix House, 32 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2R were appointed joint liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) of the Company purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account of their name, address and particulars of their claim with supporting documentation to the Joint Liquidators on or before 8 December 2023.
