Innospection Group Limited: creditors' winding up

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of Innospection Group Limited (the "Company") will be held at Unit 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR, on 15 May 2023 at 11.10am at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of:

As the liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so either in person, remotely or by proxy. Proxy forms will be provided separately to creditors on request. Completed proxy forms must be lodged by post or email by no later than 12 noon the business day before the meeting.
