​​Notice of the final meetings of the Company’s shareholders and creditors.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to article 169 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, the​ final meetings of the Company’s shareholders and creditors will be held at PKF BBA Limited, 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP on 7 August 2025 at 10am and 10.15am respectively for the purpose of laying before each of the meetings the Liquidator’s final account of the winding up.
