Notice is hereby given that on 13 July 2022 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority issued an Initial Notice exercising a specified regulatory function under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 to modify the Class II licences of each of Clear Mobitel (Jersey) Ltd, Home Net Limited, Jersey Airtel Limited and Newtel Limited.
