Take notice that JTC Trust Company Limited intends to apply pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (1991 Law) to the Royal Court of Jersey at 2.30pm on 2 May 2025 for an order to wind up Torre Morisca Limited (Company), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of and domiciled in Jersey with company number 93414, and to appoint liquidators registered in Jersey to conduct the winding up of the Company’s affairs.
