Notice is hereby given that that in accordance with the Limited Partnership Agreement (“LPA”) and subsequent amendment and restatement of the LPA, it was resolved that the Partnership be dissolved. Alan John Roberts and James Richard Pirie of Grant Thornton have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of Union Real Estate Fund II GP Co (Jersey) Limited (“the General Partner”). 

All persons having claims against the Partnership are required to submit details thereof to the General Partner before 29 January 2024, and all persons indebted to the Partnership are required to settle with the Partnership by the above-mentioned date. 

The Partnership is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.​
