Velocity Venture Capital Limited creditors’ winding up

Take notice that Velocity Venture Capital Limited (the “Representor”) has made an application to the Royal Court of Jersey to order a creditors’ winding up in respect of NBA Biotech Holdings Limited a company incorporated in accordance with and domiciled in Jersey with company number 162674 pursuant to Article 157A of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 at 2.30pm on Friday 4 September 2026.

An order will be sought including the following terms:

1. Pursuant to Article 157C(1)(a) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 NBA Biotech Holdings Limited (“NBA”) be placed into a creditors’ winding up immediately;​
   
2. Clive Robert Le Marquand of PKF CI Limited (the “Liquidator”) (registration number RAL/8) be appointed as liquidator to wind up NBA;
3. The Liquidator have all relevant powers conferred on him under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991;
4. The remuneration of the Liquidator be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his colleagues in attending to any matters arising in the process of the creditors’ wind-up;
5. In the alternative that the Liquidator be appointed as a provisional liquidator to protect the assets and records of NBA;
6. The Representor’s costs of this Representation be costs in the creditors’ winding-up;
7. There be liberty to apply; and
8. Such further or alternative relief as the Court may deem to be just and appropriate.
