Vivopower International Services Limited Creditors Winding Up

​Take notice that BMS Design Limited intends to apply pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 to the Royal Court of Jersey at 2.30pm on 11 July 2025 for an order to wind up Vivopower International Services Limited (the Company), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of and domiciled in Jersey with company number 121017, and to appoint James Pirie of Grant Thornton (registration number RAL/9) and Alan Roberts of Grant Thornton (registration number RANJL/32) as joint liquidators to conduct the winding up of the Company’s affairs.
