Notice is hereby given that at a duly convened extraordinary general meeting of Volare Offshore Strategy Fund Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company”) held on 11 July 2025, special resolutions were passed placing the Company into summary winding up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, and Stuart Gardner and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 29 August 2025.
