Notice is given that following an Act of the Royal Court of Jersey under Article 157A(1) 160 of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended) the company was placed into Creditors Winding Up on 28 August 2026 and Clive Fortis and Adrian Rabet were appointed as Joint Liquidators.

Pursuant to Article 160A of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 a meeting of creditors of the Companies will be held remotely by Teams at Second Floor, De la Poste House, 59 King Street, Jersey, JE2 4WE on 18 September 2026 at 12pm.
