Notice is hereby given that the following application for a water resources abstraction licence is to be considered and determined by the regulator:

DescriptionAn application has been received to abstract groundwater from a borehole located between field number MN587 and MN586. If granted, the licenced quantity is not to exceed 100 cubic metres (approximately 21,996 gallons) in any 24 hour period.
