Notice of an application for continuance as a foundation

We hereby give notice under Regulation 4 of the Foundations (Continuance) (Jersey) Regulations 2009 (the "Regulations") that Watermark Holdings Limited intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorisation to continue as a foundation incorporated under the Foundations (Jersey) Law 2009.

If Watermark Holdings Limited were incorporated as a foundation it would, on its incorporation, be solvent (as defined in the Regulations). Any person who is aggrieved by the proposed incorporation may, within 28 days of the date of the publication of this notice in the Jersey Gazette, apply to the Royal Court of Jersey for an order to restrain the proposed incorporation.
