Notice is hereby given that the Company intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission under Article 127T of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 for authorisation to seek continuance as a body corporate governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.

Any creditor of the Company who objects to the application may within 21 days of the date of this notice give notice of his or her objection to the Company at its registered office at 15 Esplanade, St Helier, JE1 1RB, Jersey.
