Procedural Notice in Claim 2025/241: Wood and Ors against Khumalo and Ors

​In the matter of 2025/241: (1) Andrew Wood, (2) Alexander Adam (in their capacity as liquidators of Gold and General Limited), (3) Gold and General Limited v (1) Mzilikazi Khumalo, (2) Tulani Sikwila, (3) Three Rivers PTC Limited 

Notice is hereby given that the hearing of the Plaintiffs’ application for summary judgment against the First Defendant in the above proceedings before the Master on Thursday 28 May 2026 was adjourned. 

The matter has now been referred to the Royal Court and notice is further given that an appointment has been made with the Bailiff’s Judicial Secretary to fix a revised date for the hearing of the Plaintiffs’ application via a Teams meeting at 11am on Friday 19 June 2026. 

The First Defendant is requested to contact the Bailiff’s chambers at datefix@courts.je​ so that arrangements may be made for him to be included in the Teams meeting.
