Avenida Limited Discumberment (Degrevement) notice

​Marcus Stone and Peter Bertram, both Advocates of the Royal Court of this Island, Attorneys appointed by Act of the Royal Court dated 23 January 2026 to conduct a discumberment of the hereditaments of Avenida Limited following the adjudication of the renunciation of its real property pronounced by the Royal Court as appears by the said Act dated the 23 January 2026.

Hereby give notice to all persons concerned in the property of the said Avenida Limited that a Discumberment will be conducted on the following property namely:

Part of the properties being numbers 80 and 82 New Street and number 1 Val Plaisant designated “Site A” with the party-ownership of the gables and walls of the North, of the West and of the South and the ownership of the gable and wall of the East; Site A being acquired by Avenida Limited by virtue of a contract of purchase dated 16 August, 2019 and being situate in the parish of Saint Helier, in the Vingtaine du Bas de Mont-au-Pretre.

The land with all such rights, appurtenances and dependencies as may attach thereto, situate at said property.

And the said attorneys give further notice to all persons interested in the said Discumberment to appear at the Judicial Greffe, Royal Court House, St Helier, Jersey before the Judicial Greffier of the Royal Court on the 3rd March 2026 at 2pm in order to accept in their order the tenancy of the said property in Discumberment or to renounce their respective contracts or hypothecs.​

The simple contract creditors of the said Avenida Limited are at liberty to insert their unpaid claims in the said Discumberment. For that purpose they should, no later than eight days before the said 3 March 2026 deliver to the Judicial Greffier an account or memorandum of their several claims with vouchers, if any.​

The costs of these insertions shall be borne by those making them.
