​oNotice is hereby given of an application by Witan FZE for a creditors’ winding up of CG Holdings Limited ("the Company"), pursuant to Articles 157A and 157C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, before the Royal Court on 17 May 2024 at 2.30pm. 

It is proposed that Matthew Corbin of BDO Limited and Malcolm Cohen of BDO LLP be appointed as joint liquidators of the Company.
