​​Take notice that JTC (Jersey) Limited intends to apply pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (1991 Law) to the Royal Court of Jersey at 2.30pm on Friday 8 August 2025 for an order to wind up DCP Bidco Limited (Company), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of and domiciled in Jersey with company number 131507, and propose that Stuart Gardner and Richard Barker of  Ernst & Young LLP, Liberation House, Castle Street, St Helier, JE1 1EY be appointed as joint liquidators.
