Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 127R(2) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the "Companies Law") that Hasma Holdings Limited (the "Company") intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for continuance in the Cayman Islands (the "Continuance") pursuant to Article 127T of the Companies Law.

Any creditor of the Company who objects to the application for Continuance may within 21 days of the date of this notice give notice of their objection to the Company.
