ICG US CLO 2023-1(I) LTD notice of continuance

Notice is hereby given on behalf of ICG US CLO 2023-1(I), LTD., a company incorporated under Jersey law on 5 October 2022 with registered number 145614 (the Company) of its intention to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for continuance as a body corporate governed under the laws of the Cayman Islands pursuant to Article 127T and Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

Any creditor of the Company with an objection to the continuance of the Company should notify the Company of their objection in writing within 21 days of the date of this Notice.  All correspondence should be sent to the Company at the registered office address below.

A creditor who gives notice to the Company and whose claim against the Company has not been discharged may, within 21 days after the date of such notice, apply to the Royal Court for an order restraining the application for continuance.
