Dissolution of the Jersey Arts Trust (operating as ArtHouse Jersey)

​​​​​​​​Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l’incorporation d’associations, the Jersey Arts Trust (operating as ArtHouse Jersey), (an incorporated association established under the Law as a Société de bien-faisance) proposes, by application to the Royal Court on 5 December 2025, to transfer its property, rights, assets and liabilities to ArtHouse Jersey Limited, a Jersey company limited by guarantee, which has been incorporated to act as the successor body in all respects to the Jersey Arts Trust. 

It if further proposed that following the transfer, the Jersey Arts Trust would be dissolved.
