PHF CHP Limited Notice of creditors' meeting

​​Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to Article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 44 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG on 15 August 2025 at 10.30am at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors, the nomination of Richard Fleming and Mark Firmin of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, Suite 3 Regency House, 91 Western Road, Brighton, BN1 2NW as liquidators of the Company will be proposed, and the Liquidators' remuneration will be fixed, all for the purpose of a creditors' winding up of the Company.

Such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors of the Company may reasonably require will be furnished free of charge by the Company Secretary, CSC Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited of 44 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey during normal business hours during the period before the said creditors' meeting.
