Notice is hereby given that the above-named company, whose principal place of management and control is in Jersey, has been placed into voluntary liquidation.

Mr Harry Thompson of Harbour House, PO Box 4428, Tortola, British Virgin Islands has been appointed as liquidator of the company.

All persons having claims against the company are required to submit details in writing of such claims to the liquidator at the address below no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.

Any claims received after that date may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claims are received.
