​Introduction

1. On 06 August 2026 the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office ('FCDO') updated the UK Sanctions List to reflect changes to those ships specified under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the 'UK Regulations'). A link to the UK Sanctions List can be found below.

2. Any changes to ship specifications made under the UK Regulations are effective immediately in Jersey by virtue of the ambulatory provisions of the Sanctions and Asset Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 ('SAFL') and the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Implementation of External Sanctions) (Jersey) Order 2021.

  • PERSEAS (IMO 9326811) (UK Sanctions List Unique ID: RUS3715)

  • TORVIAN (IMO 9470131) (UK Sanctions List Unique ID: RUS3716)

  • ASTERAS (IMO 9402263) (UK Sanctions List Unique ID: RUS3717)

  • VISUND (IMO 9378864) (UK Sanctions List Unique ID: RUS3718)

  • ZENTURO (IMO 9346885 ) (UK Sanctions List Unique ID: RUS3719)

5. Any reporting in respect of sanctions and maritime shipping with a Jersey nexus should be submitted to the Minister for External Relations at sanctions@gov.je using the sanctions compliance reporting form below.
