St Brelade Rates Demand 2025

Rate Demands for 2025 have now been sent to all St Brelade ratepayers.

Any ratepayer who has not received a rate demand should contact the Connétable immediately. 

By virtue of this notice each ratepayer shall be taken to have received a demand for payment of rate and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.

The Rate is payable on demand. 

A surcharge of 10% will be added to all amounts not paid within 3 months of the date of the bill.

Payment must be received by Thursday 23 October 4pm to avoid a surcharge.
