St Martin Rate Demands 2026

The Rates Demands for 2026 have now been sent to all Parishioners. If for any reason you have not received a rate demand please do contact the Public Hall without delay. By virtue of this notice each ratepayer shall be taken to have received a demand for payment of rate, and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.

Rates are payable on demand and if they are not paid within 3 months of the date of the invoice then a surcharge of 10% will be added. Payment must be received by 2pm on Friday 6 November to avoid any such surcharge.

Please note if you have an instalment plan in place the rates demand will detail the outstanding amount to date.
