Would the owner of the above listed item currently located in the Ports of St Helier drying harbour, make contact with Ports of Jersey to arrange removal of the item from Ports of Jersey property within SEVEN DAYS.
This item is considered to be abandoned and therefore an obstruction in the Port, in accordance with Regulation 2(1) of the Harbours (Jersey) Regulations 1962.
Failure to remove the vessel, within SEVEN DAYS of the publication of this notice, will result in proceedings to sell or otherwise dispose of the vessel and recover costs (Regulation 2(3) – 2(6) of the 1962 Regulations).
Any person/s intending to use a vessel in Jersey territorial waters should attend Ports of Jersey Marine Leisure Centre, New North Quay, St Helier with proof of insurance to register the vessel in accordance with Regulation 7, Harbours (Inshore Safety)(Jersey) Regulations 2012.
